The work will affect services from Monday to Friday (February 24 to February 28).
We have compiled the details for you to plan your journey this week.
Monday to Friday:
Services from London Waterloo to Exeter St Davids will be revised.
Some services will be diverted between Salisbury and Yeovil Junction via Westbury and some services will terminate at Salisbury.
London Waterloo to Salisbury stopping services will be revised and will continue to Gillingham.
Replacement buses will run between Gillingham and Yeovil Junction.
A revised service will run between Yeovil Junction and Exeter St Davids.
South Western Railway warned passengers travelling late evening or early morning that their journey may be affected by emergency repairs or planned work.
As such, passengers travelling before 10pm and after 5.30am should double check as replacement buses may replace trains at short notice.
