Police were called to reports of a crash on Manor Road at the junction with Queens Road at 12.38pm today (January 25).
London’s Air Ambulance also attended the scene.
The rider of the bike, believed to be in his 30s, has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Local road closures remain in place.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police and the London Ambulance Service were called at 12:38hrs on Saturday, 25 January to Manor Road junction with Queens Road, Richmond to reports of a collision.
“London’s Air Ambulance also attended.
“The collision involved a motorbike and a car.
“The rider of the bike, believed in his 30s, has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
“Local road closures remain in place.”
