These closures are part of a planned programme of works aimed at improving road safety and infrastructure.
Drivers are advised to plan ahead as delays and diversions are expected during the works. National Highways is responsible for motorways and major A-roads, excluding smaller roads.
The A2, an essential route between Dover and London, spans nearly 72 miles from the capital to Dover Docks.

- A2 Eastbound Honeywood Entry Slip Road: Closed from 8pm to 5am for maintenance works.
- A2 Westbound Harbledown Entry Slip Road: Closed from 10pm to 6am for tree works.
- A2 Eastbound Marlin Exit Slip Road: Closed from 8pm to 6am for electrical works.
- A2 West Link to M25 (Full Closure): Closed from 10pm to 5.30am for resurfacing. Diversions via National Highways roads.
- A2 Eastbound Dartford Heath Junction Entry Slip Road: Closed from 10pm to 5.30am for safety barrier repairs.
Tuesday, 21 January
- A2 Eastbound Honeywood Entry Slip Road: Closed from 8pm to 5am for maintenance works.
- A2 West Link to M25 (Full Closure): Closed from 10pm to 5.30am for resurfacing.
