Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service were called at 9.24pm on January 19 with reports of an incident at the junction of Queens Road and Lausanne Road.
The first ambulance crew arrived within six minutes of the report coming in.
At the scene, a woman and child were found injured and were given treatment.
They were then rushed to a major trauma centre as a priority.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We were called at 21.24pm yesterday (Sunday 19 January) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Queens Road and Lausanne Road, SE15.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews.

“The first of our crews arrived in six minutes.
“Our crews treated a woman and child at the scene, before taking them to a London major trauma centre as a priority.”
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for a comment.
