Among this year’s line-up of acts, including popular comedians like Jimmy Carr and artists like Peter Andre featuring in a tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Dartford Orchard West Theatre has also confirmed some of this year’s theatre shows that will be playing.

Room on the Broom

Following its successful run on the West End over Christmas 2024, this adaptation of Julia Donaldson’s much-loved classic will be flying into Dartford this February.
Starring Amy Harris as The Witch and Nadia Shash as the Cat, this musical adaptation will feature original songs written by Jon Fiber and Andy Shaw to bring the story to life.
Suitable for kids over three, this is one for all the family to see this much-loved story in a way you haven’t seen it before.
Bat Out of Hell
When? August 25-30

This popular musical is making a return to the stage and tells the story of couple Stray (played by Rob Fowler) and Raven (played by Katie Tonkinson) in a post-apocalyptic New York.
The returning hit contains music from Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf performed by an eight-piece live band, with multi-level platforms to create an immersive theatrical experience of this strange world.
Cinderella
When? December 13 – January 4

It may feel a little early to be thinking about Christmas 2025, but Dartford Theatre has already confirmed that this year’s pantomime will be Cinderella.
Whilst the cast for this year’s panto is yet to be confirmed, this year’s production of the popular fairy tale will feature comedy and music for the whole family to enjoy.
