Police are investigating the crash on the A13 Newham Way, near Mahindra Way, on December 25 at 6.35am.
A man, 22, has been seriously injured from the incident.
Two weeks later, the Metropolitan Police has shared out an appeal calling for any witnesses to come forward.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Officers are investigating a road traffic collision that occurred on the A13 Newham Way, E6 (near Mahindra Way) on the December 25, 2024, at 6.35am.
“A 22-year-old male has sustained serious injuries. Any witnesses or anyone with information, such as dash cam footage, which may help is asked to call police 101 and reference CAD 1284/25DEC24.”
