The charges relate to the death of Paralympian Abdullah Hayayei, who was struck on the head by a metal pole during a session at the venue.
The 36-year-old athlete from the United Arab Emirates was pronounced dead at the scene on July 11, 2017.
UK Athletics Limited, the governing body for athletics in the UK, was charged on January 7 with corporate manslaughter and breaches of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Keith Davies, 77, from Leytonstone, who was Head of Sport for the 2017 World Paralympic Athletics Championships, was charged on January 8 with gross negligence manslaughter and offences under the same Act.
Both UK Athletics and Davies are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 31.
