The incident happened in Danson Road near Parkview Road just after 9.40am today (January 5).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found the rider injured.
He was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as non-life threatening.
Road closures were put in place as the incident was dealt with, however, it has since reopened.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 09:41hrs on Sunday, 5 January reports of a collision involving a car and motorbike on Danson Road in Bexleyheath.
“Officers attended. The rider was taken to hospital for treatment; his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.”
