Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called at 2.41pm on January 3 with reports of an incident in Gillender Street.
They were dispatched to the scene with London Ambulance Service colleagues, where it was established that a man had fallen from a height from a block of flats.
The man, aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

His next of kin have been made aware and are being supported by specialist officers.
Enquiries are underway into the circumstances surrounding the incident, though it is believed at this stage not to be suspicious.
A police cordon and road closures remain in place.
