Part of Harrow View, south of Headstone Drive, remains closed due to Thames Water’s ongoing roadworks.
These works are expected to last until January 22.
Bus services 223 and H14 are currently being diverted via Headstone Gardens, Parkside Way, Station Road, and other nearby roads.
The closure is expected to impact commuters and parents taking children to school, with schools set to reopen next week following the Christmas break.
Drivers and bus passengers who regularly use this route are advised to plan alternative journeys.
The roadworks, which began on January 2, were confirmed by a notice from the Harrow London Borough Highway Authority.
The closure has been in effect since 9.40am on January 2 and is expected to continue until 11.59pm on January 22.
Responsibility for the works lies with Thames Water.
