The video shows cars queued to exit a car park while the Audi tries to manoeuvre around them during the incident in Livingstone Road at 5pm on Friday (December 6).
Undercover police are seen in pursuit before the driver abandons the car and attempts to flee on foot.

Police confirmed a man was quickly detained and arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop, and attempted grievous bodily harm.
The suspect was tasered during the arrest and taken to hospital as a precaution.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “At approximately 17:00hrs officers began pursuing a white Audi which failed to stop near Clapham Junction Station, SW11.
“The Audi travelled along Livingstone Road where it collided with a number of vehicles.
“The driver exited the car and ran from officers but was quickly detained and arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, and attempted grievous bodily harm.
“He was tasered in the process.
“As a precaution, the driver is now being transferred to hospital.
“Officers remain on scene.”
