The teenager has not been at his best this year at Alexandra Palace, starting slowly against both Ryan Meikle and Ian White before winning 3-1 and 4-1 respectively. It was far tougher against Ryan Joyce, who forced a decider before Littler won 4-3.
With defending champion Luke Humphries out, after the heavily fancied Gary Anderson also fell to a shock early exit, Littler will be more than aware that nothing is guaranteed at the oche.
Here’s everything you need to know about Littler’s next match at Alexandra Palace…
What time is Luke Littler playing tonight?
Littler takes on Nathan Aspinall in the quarter-finals on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
The match is the second in the evening session, after Peter Wright vs Stephen Bunting. Littler and Joyce are therefore likely to take to the stage at around 9pm GMT.
The winner of that match will face the winner between Wright and Bunting in the semi-finals the following night.
In the afternoon session, Chris Dobey takes on Gerwyn Price before Michael van Gerwen and Callan Rydz face off.
