Transport bosses have revealed plans to discontinue route 605, which runs between Burnt Oak station and Totteridge & Whetstone station.
The current service primarily serves Mill Hill County High School, providing one journey every morning and one every afternoon.
TfL has said that it wants to withdraw the route because passenger data and on-bus surveys suggest that it is “not well used”.
Only 23 people used the bus in the morning, with four fewer passengers travelling in the afternoon, according to a November survey.

The 605 route is largely also served by route 251, except the sections around Marsh Lane for the morning journey and Hammers Lane for the afternoon journey.
“Our surveys showed that the majority of customers currently travelling on the 605 service would be able to complete their journey using route 251,” TfL has said.
“We are therefore proposing to withdraw the 605 in order to reduce excess capacity on the bus network and allow us to reallocate our resources to areas where there is greater demand.”
Despite this, some people would have to walk ten minutes further to get to areas around Marsh Lane and Hammers Lane, if the route is withdrawn.
A consultation on the proposed changes is under way, and will run until April 7.
