Strictly bosses planning surprise for Tess and Claudia that will ‘blow viewers away’
It’s reported that during Saturday’s Strictly final, there will be an emotional tribute for the hosts, who have been presenting the series alongside each other since 2014.
This will include messages from a variety of celebrities and famous faces with connections to the show.
One of which currently remains a secret that will “particularly blow viewers away,” according to a Strictly source.
They told The Sun: “There will be one message which will particularly blow viewers away and cap off what has been an incredible run for Tess and Claudia.
“It will be an intense moment on a farewell show which already promises to be highly emotional.

“Though Tess and Claudia will no doubt be expecting some kind of farewell, bosses are keeping what they’ve done and what they have planned closely under wraps to maximise the surprise.
“But viewers won’t have seen anything like it.”
Tess and Claudia’s last appearance as a presenting pair on Strictly will be in the pre-recorded festive special airing on Christmas day.

Tess first presented the series alongside the late Sir Bruce Forsyth when the BBC show launched in 2004, while Claudia fronted its weekday companion show, It Takes Two.
But Claudia eventually moved on to host the Sunday night results show alongside Tess and joined the main show every Saturday more than a decade ago, after Sir Bruce stepped down.
The Strictly Come Dancing final will air on BBC One and iPlayer tonight at 7pm.
