Straight Road, Harold Hill, is set for nightly closures between Grange Road and Hailsham Road for the installation of a speed hump.
The road will be shut from 7.30pm to 6am on March 7 to March 8 and from 7.30pm to 6am on March 10 to March 11.
A diversion route will be in place via Noak Hill Road, North Hill Drive, and Farringdon Avenue.
Havering Council has urged residents to plan alternative routes.
The works are expected to affect traffic flow.
