The work will take place this week, from December 1 to December 5.
This will affect late night and early morning services on various Southeastern lines.
From Monday to Thursday, trains between Lewisham and Dartford/Gravesend via Sidcup will be replaced by accessible buses from 11.45pm until the end of service.
On Tuesday to Friday, services between Swanley and Gillingham, excluding Sole Street, will be replaced by accessible buses from 12.45am until the end of service.
A minibus will operate between Meopham and Sole Street.
The 12.25am London Victoria to Ashford International via Maidstone East train will depart later at 12.40am, to connect with replacement buses at Swanley towards Meopham and Gillingham (Kent).
On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, the 12.20am London Cannon Street to Tunbridge Wells (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 12.15am London Charing Cross to Tunbridge Wells (Friday) will be replaced by an accessible bus between Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells, stopping at all stations.
The engineering work will close some lines on the Southeastern network, causing the replacement bus services.
During these periods of engineering work, the trains will be diverted and will run non-stop between London Victoria and Rochester via Dartford.
Alternative trains will be available between London Victoria and Swanley to connect with the replacement buses.
