Michael O’Donnell, 66, was found dead by police officers in Samara Drive in Southall around 11am on April 23.
The police had been called due to concerns for his welfare.
A 54-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of murder.
The man, Christopher Donnelly, of Samara Drive, was charged yesterday (April 27) with murder and fraud by false representation.
He will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates Court today (April 28).
The 28-year-old woman has been bailed while enquiries continue.
Michael’s family continue to be supported by officers and has been informed of the latest news.
