Unit 2B of Romford Shopping Hall, in Market Place, is up for sale on property website Zoopla as a “fully let investment”.
This means the current tenant of the unit would not change, and would pay the new owner a passing rent of £15,000 a year, according to the listing.

The office space was previously listed on Rightmove in April, as part of a combined sale with Unit 2A – which B2B Educators UK hoped to use as a tuition centre, pending planning permission.
It is not clear who the tenants of unit 2B are, and despite sharing an address, the premises is not owned by Romford Shopping Hall.
According to the Zoopla listing, the unit is located next to the NHS Mawney Medical Clinic, which is accessed from St Edwards Way.
