Pergola Brixton has been revamped to welcome the spring/summer 2025 season, offering a vibrant experience that aims to transport visitors from the heart of Brixton to a beach-like setting.
Partnering with Brixton Market’s Jalisco, the venue now provides a selection of Mexican dishes, delivered directly to your table.
Accompanied by tequila and mezcal-based cocktails, the summer menu is designed to be enjoyed against a backdrop of DJ sets and cabana-style seating.

The interior design takes inspiration from Mexico’s diverse landscapes, incorporating cactus evergreens, wicker upholstery, and a palette of earthy colours and terracotta tones to create a chic yet vibrant atmosphere.
Working in collaboration with Altos Tequila, the venue has developed a collection of refreshing cocktails for the summer, including fruity margaritas and sparkling palomas.
Sharing cocktails are available for groups, while individual drinks, such as the Vanilla Espresso Martini and non-alcoholic options, can be savoured alone.
The venue has also introduced Pergola Sundowners, available from Tuesday to Friday between 5pm and 7pm, where a selection of cocktails is priced at £7 each.
Pergola Lates takes place every Friday from 5pm, offering long evenings with in-house DJs.
On Saturdays, the venue provides a Bottomless Brunch, featuring 90 minutes of unlimited drinks, complemented by a choice of tacos or nachos, for £40 per person.
A spokesperson for Pergola Brixton said: “Be it rain, or shine, Pergola Brixton will be delivering an unbeatable rooftop experience this summer where the drink, food, and vibes of Mexico will make for a cool summer.”
The transformed Pergola Brixton aims to cater to the growing trend for experience-led venues, providing a unique destination for both Brixton locals and visitors to the area.
The venue’s summer transformation reflects a broader trend in the hospitality industry towards creating immersive experiences for customers, with many venues now offering more than just food and drink.
Pergola Brixton has become a go-to spot for those seeking a taste of Mexico in the capital, now open for the summer season.
