Paramedics were called at 2.47pm on Tuesday, April 15, to reports of the incident on Green Lanes.
Multiple emergency resources were dispatched, including ambulance crews, an incident response officer, a member of the Tactical Response Unit, and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The first of our crews arrived in less than a minute,” an LAS spokesperson said.
“Our teams treated a man at the scene before taking him to a major trauma centre by road.”
Police confirmed they were called by paramedics shortly after 2.50pm and attended the scene.
The victim, aged 19, was found with stab injuries and taken to hospital.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
No arrests have been made at this stage, and enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “At around 14:50hrs on Tuesday, 15 April police were called by the London Ambulance Service to reports of a man being stabbed in a restaurant on Green Lanes, N13.
“Officers attended the scene and one man, aged 19, was taken to hospital for stab wounds. His injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
“No arrests have been made at this early stage and investigations remain ongoing.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.47pm yesterday (Tuesday 15 April) to reports of a stabbing in Green Lanes, Southgate.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a member of our Tactical Response Unit, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The first of our crews arrived in less than a minute.
“Our crews treated a man at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre by road.”
