The fight broke out soon before 11pm on September 16 on platforms four and five of Norwood Junction, according to the British Transport Police.
A boy in his late teens and a man in his fifties from Lingfield, and a man in his thirties from Horsham, have been arrested and bailed following the incident.
Police have released pictures of men they think could help with their investigation into the fight.

A BTP spokesperson said: “Do you recognise these people?
“Officers investigating an altercation at Norwood Junction railway station have released these images in connection.
“Just before 11pm on Tuesday 16 September a fight broke out between a group of people on platforms four and five at the station.
“Officers believe the people in the images may have information which could help the investigation.
“A boy in his late teens and a man in his fifties from Lingfield, and a man in his thirties from Horsham, have been arrested and bailed following the incident.”
