Karen Hussain, a teaching co-ordinator at Essex Cricket, gave tips to help improve them their teaching game.
Staff benefitted from her drills and feedback to raise the quality of coaching at the Rush Green campus.

“Karen broke down technical skills in ways that staff at all levels could understand and apply in our curriculum,” college sports tutor Ikram Chowdhury explained.
Karen’s husband Nasser, now 57, who attended Forest School in Walthamstow, was just eight when he was selected for the Essex Under-11s and went on to became the youngest person to play for Essex Under-15s at age 12.
He later captained England between 1999 and 2003 and achieved a test score of 207 against Australia in 1997 at Edgbaston, which led to him being hailed as the best England cricket captain of all time.
