The Lee Valley White Water Centre has announced its plans for the 2025 season, starting in April.
It promises an “action-packed day out” for those seeking family fun or an adrenaline rush.
The centre, situated on Station Road, Waltham Cross, is set to offer a range of experiences, including white water rafting, hydrospeeding, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

A spokesman for the centre said: “Our rafts will be back on the water for the new season in April, perfect timing for when the warmer weather hits.”
The centre offers two rafting options – the Legacy Loop and the Olympic course.
The Legacy Loop is described as “perfect for families and first-time rafters” with its more relaxed experience.
The Olympic course, however, is for thrill-seekers, offering “non-stop white water action.”
Other activities available include hydrospeeding, where participants tackle the rapids head first with a board, wetsuit, and flippers.
Alternatively, visitors can team up in a tandem kayak to take on the rapids together.
There will also be a range of lake activities, such as the Water Wipeout course, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
The centre describes these activities as “a fresh twist on traditional rafting.”

Visitors can experience the thrill of the Olympic course with “fresh waters that add an extra level of excitement to your adventure.”
