Estate agent Harston & Co writes on the listing that it as a “prime retail investment” which fronts onto the “historic” Romford market.
Iceland has an internal floor area of almost 7,000 square feet and forms part of a mixed-use building built between 2007 and 2008.
The Rightmove listing also confirms that the property is still let to Iceland Foods on a five-year lease, which started in September this year.
