The LaLiga leaders completed the first part of a potential treble after a dramatic extra-time win over Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final at the weekend.

Regarded as a strong favourite to be crowned champions of Europe for the first time in a decade, Barcelona have knocked out Benfica and Borussia Dortmund to reach this stage and are unbeaten at home in the competition so far this season.

Inter, on the other hand, have been equally as effective in their run to the semi-final. After an impressive showing in the league phase and easily overcoming Feyenoord in the last-16, they beat Bayern Munich 4-3 on aggregate and will hope of returning to the Allianz Arena next month.

Tonight’s first-leg will be held at Barcelona’s temporary home due to the Camp Nou renovations before the San Siro stages the return fixture next Tuesday. The winners will meet either Arsenal or Paris Saint-Germain in the final.
