The data from house buying firm Property Solvers has compiled stats capturing the number of house sale transactions between March 2024 and March 2025.
Using their speed of selling tool, it has tracked the number of days a property is listed on the UK’s leading property portals before being registered as sold during the same period on HM Land Registry.
Figures show that, on average, homes in Havering sell within 19.5 weeks from the moment they are listed on the property market.
Between March 2023 and 2024, 95 properties were sold according to Property Solvers, who update the figures monthly.
Properties in the RM2 postcode region, which covers Gidea Park and Heath Park, were found to have sold the quickest.
The sale of 20 properties were recorded in the year after an average of 18.7 weeks (or 131 days) on the market.

Property Solvers’ dataset recorded 16 homes selling in an average of 135 days in the RM5 region of Collier Row.
The average sale time for houses in RM6 and RM7 was found to be the same.
In around 139 days, 12 addresses in RM6 and 25 in RM7 were sold after being listed on the market an average of 19.86 weeks beforehand.
