Police were called to Hornbeam Close in Northolt at around 3.30pm on December 20.
Officers arrived with paramedics who treated a 28-year-old man for “multiple stab wounds”.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a condition that is neither life-threatening nor changing.
There have been no arrests so far.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “At around 15:30hrs on Saturday, 20 December, police were called by the London Ambulance Service to reports a man had been stabbed on Hornbeam Close, Northolt.
“Officers attended alongside paramedics from the London Ambulance Service who treated a 28-year-old man at the scene for multiple stab wounds.
“He remains in hospital where his injuries have been assessed as non-life threatening or life changing. Nobody else was injured in the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
