The incidents since Monday (November 10) have seen victims aged from 15 to 50 require medical help.
These are only the incidents that Newsquest London is aware of.
The first incident on Tuesday (November 11) saw a police officer get rushed to hospital in Dalston.
Officers were called to reports of a disturbance in Ridley Road, site of a busy market, at 10.30am.
The officer was stabbed in his arm and hand and suffered a fracture to his hand.
He has since been discharged.
The ambulance service also recorded treating a second man at the scene
A 62-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and criminal damage. He remains in custody.
Later the same day, police were called to Leyton at around 8pm.
An eyewitness described a fight breaking out in Al Jaziira, an East African restaurant on the High Road.
Officers arrived with paramedics who treated a 23-year-old man for a stab wound at the scene.
His injuries are not life-threatening or changing.
He was then arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon. He remains in police custody.
The victim of the alleged assault, a 23-year-old man, left the scene before officers arrived but was later found without any injuries.
A 50-year-old man intervened in the situation and received a hand injury.
The next day, two teenagers were stabbed outside Dollis Hill station.
Police were called at around 10.45pm (November 12) to Dudden Hill Lane.
Officers arrived to find paramedics treating a 16-year-old for stab wounds, before a second boy, aged 15, arrived also with stab wounds.
Both were taken to hospital where their conditions are not thought to be life-threatening or changing.
There have been no arrests in relation to this incident but police continue to appeal for information.
