Bethany Dent-Reynolds, 27, of Sunderland Road in Forest Hill, is charged with two counts of misconduct in public office and one count of unauthorised access to computer data.
It is alleged that in Thamesmead between March 1 and April 20 last year she was in an inappropriate, romantic relationship with serving prisoner Keiran Robinson.
During that time she was a probation service officer.
Dent-Reynolds will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 5.
