The boy, 5, has died after the incident at Sidcup Family Golf in Sidcup Bypass on Sunday (November 9) at 5.45pm.
It was previously reported that he was fighting for his life as investigations take place at the venue, with it being shut for the last three days.
A second child, a six-year-old girl was also injured and has since been discharged from hospital.
Videos sent to the News Shopper show loose slabs near the entrance next to the café at the site.
In one clip, someone can be seen sliding around a slab saying “it is so easy to move” before a police officer picked it up to inspect it.
Other bits of footage show missing bricks at a wall by the entrance.

The Metropolitan Police says that officers were called to a “collapsed wall” at the venue, although it was never specified where the affected part was.
As for now, it is not clear whether this loose slab is related to the child’s death.
It is understood that the two children were at a birthday party held at the venue at the time of the incident.
Following the collapse, a spokesperson for the centre said its first priority was “ensuring they received immediate medical attention”.
A spokesperson for Sidcup Family Golf said: “We are deeply saddened to hear that the child injured on Sunday has tragically passed away.
“Our heartfelt condolences go out to the child’s family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.”
They added: “We are co-operating fully with the authorities as they continue their investigation and are providing every possible support to those affected by this tragedy.”
