Red Bull driver Max Verstappen took a major step toward securing his fourth straight F1 title by winning the Brazilian Grand Prix on Sunday, despite starting 17th, and increasing his lead over McLaren’s Lando Norris with three more races remaining.
The two Alpine drivers, Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly, completed the podium.
Here is how the remaining races could shape up.

Qatar Grand Prix & sprint | November 29 – December 1, Lusail International Circuit
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix | December 6-8, Yas Marina

Additionally, there’s a bonus point awarded for the fastest lap of the race, but only if the driver who set it finishes in the top 10. There are also sprint races at some race weekends, which award points as follows:

How soon could Max Verstappen win the title?
Verstappen will win the title if he finishes ahead of Norris in Las Vegas.
What does Lando Norris need to do?
The Brit is running out of time to close the gap and it is not in his own hands. Norris needs to outscore Verstappen at every race weekend to keep his slim chances alive.
