Crimestoppers’ most wanted men in London in March 2025

The charity collates appeals and information from police forces across the country.

As of March 2025 these are the wanted men and women who are believed to be in London.

Rayan Mayou

(Image: Crimestoppers) Rayan Mayou, who may also go by Jacob Janvier, is wanted on suspicion of robbing a high value watch.

The alleged the victim had their watch stolen at Regents Park Underground Station by two individuals.

Mayou’s last known address was in Croydon.

He is in his early 20s.

Allhouet Bergson Yves Agwah

(Image: Crimestoppers) Allhouet Bergson Yves Agwah is wanted for an incident of serious grievous bodily harm in the City of London.

No further information is given about Agwah.

Paul Stedman

(Image: Crimestoppers) Paul Stedman is wanted on suspicion of two shoplifting offences in the City of London.

Stedman is believed to be in Redbridge.

Glenda Campbell

(Image: Crimestoppers) Glenda Campbell is wanted on suspicion of several thefts from shops in the City of London.

Campbell is believed to be based in Hackney.

Paul Hughes

(Image: Crimestoppers) Paul Hughes is wanted on suspicion of gym locker thefts around the City of London.

Hughes is believed to be based in Coventry.

Christopher Ian Edwards

Christopher Ian Edwards is wanted on a warrant for the offence of actual bodily harm.

It is alleged that he attended the victim’s address in Crayford, dragged them by the hair and punched them in the face.

Edwards is in his late 30s, around 5ft10 tall, slim with brown hair.

Radka Pechova

(Image: Crimestoppers) Radka Pechova is wanted for failing to attend Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court in November 2023.

Connor Liam Atkins

(Image: Crimestoppers) Connor Liam Atkins is wanted on suspicion of non-fatal strangulation.

He is accused of throwing the victim to the floor and strangling them during a domestic violence incident.

Atkins, thought to be in Greenwich, is approximately 5ft10 with dark hair and a beard.

Shea McGreevy

(Image: Crimestoppers) Shea McGreevy is wanted on suspicion of a robbery in the City of London.

McGreevy is in his late 20s.

Jacob Ngwala

(Image: Crimestoppers) Jacob Ngwala is wanted on suspicion of robbery on a train.

The alleged victim was on a train between Tottenham Court Road and Chancery Lane when three suspects approached him and pressured him to hand over his phone and wallet.

Police said they are seeking to locate Ngwala urgently.

He is in his late 20s, slim with a beard.

Ian Meaton

He is in his late 40s, around 5ft10 tall, with grey hair and a beard.

Samir Sahraoui

(Image: Crimestoppers) Samir Sahraoui is wanted on suspicion of multiple thefts in the City of London between 2021 and 2022. 

He is believed to be based in Newham.

John Connors

(Image: Crimestoppers) John Connors is wanted for failing to attend Westminster Magistrates’ Court in May 2024.

He is believed to be in Wandsworth, is in his late 30s and is around 5ft8 tall.

Fouad Boudra

(Image: Crimestoppers) Fouad Boudra is wanted for failing to appear in court in relation to theft offences in the City of London.

Zakaria Boudra

(Image: Crimestoppers) Zakaria Boudra is wanted for failing to appear in court in relation to theft offences in the City of London.

Rafal Padyna 

(Image: Crimestoppers) Rafal Padyna is wanted for failing to attend Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court in October 2024.

Chukwuemeka Nwachuku

(Image: Crimestoppers) Chukwuemeka Nwachuku is wanted on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

Dauren Laha

(Image: Crimestoppers) Dauren Laha is wanted on suspicion of being concerned in the production of cannabis.

He failed to attend Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court in November 2024.

Laha is from Barnet and is in his early 20s.

Mykhailo Melnychenko

(Image: Crimestoppers) Mykhailo Melnychenko is wanted on suspicion of minor traffic offences in Twickenham.

He failed to attend Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court in August 2023.

Melnychenko is in his early 40s.

Eridon Demiraj

(Image: Crimestoppers) Eridon Demiraj is wanted by City of London Police on suspicion of drug offences.

Yuxuan Yang

(Image: Crimestoppers) Yuxuan Yang, also known as Owen, is wanted for failing to appear at a magistrates court in North Wales.

He had been charged with meeting a girl under 16 following grooming, sexual activity with a female under 16, causing of inciting a female under 16 to engaged in sexual activity and making indecent photographs of children.

Yang, aged in his late 20s, previously resided in central London.

He is approximately 5ft10, slim and has black hair.

Sharaz Ali

Sharaz Ali, 43, was convicted of attempting to murder his wife by stabbing her in 2021.

He was tried and convicted in his absence for the crime which was committed in Birmingham.

Police said they have been working to trace his whereabouts and understand he had been known to stay in Croydon, London.

Noor Alam

(Image: Crimestoppers) Noor Alam was an Imam at a Mosque in Northampton when he is alleged to have been involved in sexual offences against young girls, Crimestoppers said.  

It is understood that he frequents the Tower Hamlets area.  

He has black hair and a beard and is aged between 35 and 40.  

Patrick Bailey

(Image: Crimestoppers) Patrick Bailey is wanted by Sussex Police on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence in Brighton last July.

He has links to London, Birmingham, Cardiff and Galway in Ireland.

He is 40, Irish with an Irish accent, and has short dark hair and stubble.

Kazim Johnson

(Image: Crimestoppers) Kazim Johnson is wanted for failing to appear at court, suspected of possessing drugs with intent to supply.

He is believed to be in London, though the offences are alleged to have been committed in West Berkshire.

He is in his early 40s, around 6ft tall, with curly hair and a beard.

Emilio Guerrero-Sepulveda

(Image: Crimestoppers) Emilio Guerrero-Sepulveda is wanted on suspicion of robbery at a bank.

He is accused of being part of a group of males who stole £5,000 from a man at Lloyds Bank on Oxford Street on April 27.

He is in his 50s and is a Spanish speaker.

Ethan Duggan

(Image: Crimestoppers) Ethan Duggan is wanted in connection with using violence to secure entry and possession of a bladed article in Epsom in November.

Duggan is in his early 20s, is slim and approximately 5ft6 tall with short hair and a goatee.

Danny O’Brien

(Image: Crimestoppers) Danny O’Brien is wanted on recall to prison for possession with intent to supply drugs for which he is currently due to serve the remaining of his sentence

He is in his 30s and the Met Police said he can be identified by a small scar on his left eye.

Simon Levy

(Image: Crimestoppers) Simon Levy is wanted on suspicion of breaching Serious Crime Prevention Order.

In his absence he was sentenced to four years and four months in prison by Oxford Crown Court.

Thames Valley Police believe he may be in London.

He is in his 50s and may also go by David Michaels or James Hatton.

Jason Anthony McLarty

(Image: Crimestoppers) Jason Anthony McLarty is wanted in connection with theft from an employer in Surrey.

Police believe he may be in Croydon.

Lukasz Poplawski

(Image: Crimestoppers) Lukasz Poplawski is wanted for failing to attend Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court after he was charged with theft from a shop.

The alleged theft was of £326 worth of goods from Sainsburys on Merton High Street.

Poplawski is in his late 30s, around 5ft8 with brown hair and a beard.

Miroslav Pesko

(Image: Crimestoppers) Miroslav Pesko is wanted on a recall to prison due to breach of licence conditions.

The recall was issued in November 2022.

The Met Police said he has a Lithuanian accent and is approximately 6ft2 tall.
