The fight will again be held at the middleweight limit, which proved a point of contention after Eubank Jr was fined £375,0000 for missing weight ahead of the initial bout.
He has put his bragging rights on the line here, though, with a hotly anticipated rematch.
Some of the biggest names in the sport have had their say on the fight, which will take place in front of a sold-out crowd at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Has Benn learned enough from the first bout to swing the result his way this time?
“I think Conor Benn wins the rematch, I think there’s more for him to gain, avenge the loss. Eubank Jr got a lot sort of wrong in the first one and he tried to fight too many people up too, he took on too much.
“If you think about who wants it more, I think it’s Conor Benn this time.”
“Chris Eubank, size-wise, is a slight favourite, even closer to slight favourite than the first time. I just think he’s probably got that edge.
“But listen, I’m probably gonna pick Conor Benn.
“I think the youngness and the freshness and what he learned from the first fight will be enough.”

“I don’t think Eubank can improve on his performance. At times in the fight, I thought his legs looked stiff, looked stationary, looked like he was stuck in quicksand.
“I do see improvement there for Conor and I do think the result will be the other way around in the next fight. I think he’ll go the distance all over again but I think Conor now knows what he’s capable of doing.
“That’s a bold statement to make because I have ultimate respect for both fighters, to Chris and his dad, Conor and his dad, but you’re saying what you see. If they fight again, I think Conor wins.”
“The turnaround speed of the fight, it will benefit Conor Benn more. The younger man will be the fresher man.
“I don’t want to put him as the favourite, but I just think the older man, and the heavier man, will come on stronger later in the fight.
“I just feel, in my opinion, he learns more from the last fight, Conor Benn, and I think this time he possibly does get rid of him.”

“I wish him the best [Eubank Jr]. I think this will be his last fight next Saturday, I really do. I think he’s old, he’s had some tough nights.
“Last time was very tough, and I believe Conor Benn will win next Saturday. But best of luck to both. May they both come out healthy, and God bless everyone.”
“I say revenge. I think Benn’s going to beat Eubank this time. The last fight was unbelievable, but fights like that take something out of you.
“And at Eubank’s age, it takes a little bit more out of Eubank than it does out of Benn. I fancy Conor Benn to do it.”

“I’ve said repeat from the minute it was made. But I think the way Benn hurt him in that fight and could hurt him again – I think Benn might have enough in there to do it.
“I think Eubank’s done, and I’ve said it since he fought my brother Liam. Benn should have learned enough in the first fight to be able to do that.
“I do think Eubank might be a bit better, but I still think if you’re getting caught by Benn and hurt when you’re a big middleweight – and you’ve been in with big middleweights and super-middleweights like [George] Groves and not been budged – then there’s a problem.
“And the problem is he’s probably had better days.”
“It’s big guy against a smaller guy and when you have two very good boxers, it will come down to the big guy taking it, and if both fighters prepare correctly and have good camps, I see the same outcome again.
“It has the prospect of being another excellent fight, great build-up and plenty of trash talk, but if Eubank does prepare the same and put in a strong preparation, he should come out on top due to being the bigger man.”
