The first week of November will see many local parks, schools, and clubs hosting fireworks events in celebration of Firework Night, which this year falls on Wednesday, November 5.
Even if you haven’t bagged yourself tickets yet, there are still plenty of displays with tickets available.
Here’s everything you need to know:
Battersea Park Fireworks
Where: Battersea Park, Albert Bridge Road, London SW11 4NJ
When: November 1 and 2. Fireworks at 8.30pm on November 1 and 7pm on November 2.
Ticket Prices: Adults pay £14.20, children aged five to 15 pay £9.50, and under-5s go free.
Battersea Park Fireworks is back bigger and brighter than ever, with fireworks designed by Titanium Pyrotechnics, live music, and a huge variety of family entertainment.
Saturday night features the Day of the Dead Party, Big Smoke Brass UK, fire dancers, acrobats, and a Massaoke Afterparty in the Spooky Big Top.
Sunday’s Family Fireworks Night is perfect for kids, with Flash Bang Brass LED Dance Experience, Shrek tribute band The Ogretones, and fairground rides.
Food and drinks are available, including craft beer, mulled wine, soft drinks, and street food.
All purchases are card only; no cash accepted.
Morden and Wimbledon Parks Fireworks
Where and When: Morden Park on November 5 and Wimbledon Park on November 8.
Ticket Prices: Adults £14, Children aged five to 15 cost £10, and family tickets (2 adults and 2 children) cost £41.
Both parks host musical fireworks shows with two options: an earlier family-friendly display and a later show for all ages.
Gates open at 5.15pm, the first show starts at 6.45pm, and the second show at 8.30pm.
A funfair, street food village, and bar are on site, with the funfair closing at 10pm.
Richmond Family Fireworks Night
Where: Richmond Athletic Ground, Twickenham Road, Richmond, TW9 2SF
When: November 2, 4.30pm to 11pm. Fireworks at 7pm.
Ticket Prices: Grandstand costs £17.50, adults pay £12.50, and children aged five to 15 pay £7.50.
Parking costs £10.
Richmond’s family fireworks display features a fully choreographed fireworks show to music, a funfair, and food stalls.
Local dance groups Basement Door, Studio K, and Resolution Dance provide entertainment before the display.
Gates open at 4.30pm, with a Happy Hour in the bars from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
The fireworks finish around 7.30pm, but the funfair and stalls remain open until 9pm.
Sanderstead Fireworks
Where: Atwood Primary School on Limpsfield Road in South Croydon.
When: November 5, 4:30pm–6:15pm
Ticket Prices: Adults pay £8, children aged two to 15 pay £6, and under-2s go in for free.
The family price is £20.
This community event, organised by the Friends of Atwood Primary School, raises funds for school projects.
Gates open at 4.30pm, and the fireworks start at 6.15pm.
Food, drinks, and stalls are available, but no sparklers or outside food and drink are allowed, except baby milk.
