The proposal, which also includes the construction of three new buildings ranging from three to five storeys, was submitted to Lewisham Council under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
These buildings will house 45 residential units, along with flexible commercial, learning, and non-residential institution spaces.
The developers also plan to provide a farmers market, landscaping works including a public square, cycle parking, car parking, and other associated ancillary works.
The application for the Blackheath Station car park is registered under the reference DC/25/139604.
The council has also received applications for other significant changes in various conservation areas across the borough.
In the Blackheath Conservation Area, plans have been submitted for the demolition of a rear extension and the construction of a part-one, part-two storey rear extension at 20 Granville Park.
The application also includes the reconstruction and widening of the front boundary wall, front steps, repairs to the front porch, installation of roof lights, changes to the elevations including repointing and re-tiling.

In the Brockley Conservation Area, an application has been submitted for replacement windows at 77A-C Manor Avenue.
This application is registered under DC/25/139544.
In the Forest Hill Conservation Area, several applications have been submitted.
These include replacement windows and a front door at 10 Waldenshaw Road and a replacement window at UGF 2A Waldenshaw Road.
Applications have also been submitted for the construction of a rear roof extension, replacement windows, three front roof lights, and the removal of the chimney stack at 15 Waldenshaw Road, as well as the construction of a rear extension and covered side walkway at 1 Honor Oak Road.
In the Ladywell Conservation Area, an application has been submitted for the construction of a single storey rear extension, a first-floor rear extension, and a rear dormer roof extension at 160 Algernon Road.
The application also includes the insertion of two roof lights to the hipped flank roof slope.
In the Lee Manor Conservation Area, an application has been submitted for replacement windows and a door, a tiled path to the front garden, and boundary changes at 136 Manor Lane.
In the Telegraph Hill Conservation Area, an application has been submitted for the construction of a rear dormer with photovoltaic panels and a single storey rear extension with an air source heat pump at 100 Waller Road.
The application also includes the demolition and reconstruction of the existing garage and replacement windows.
All applications can be viewed on the Lewisham Council’s planning website, and residents have 21 days to submit any objections or representations.
