Arsenal then play Manchester City at home in their fifth game of the campaign, meaning their title credentials face a tough early test.
Liverpool kick off the new season with a Friday night game against Bournemouth at Anfield on August 15. Manchester City start away at Wolves.
West Ham begin away at newly promoted Sunderland, Fulham travel to Brighton in their first game and Brentford are away at Nottingham Forest.
The first north London derby of the season is scheduled for Emirates Stadium on the weekend of November 22-23, with the return fixture at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the weekend of February 21-22.
There is an early Manchester derby at the Etihad on the weekend of September 13-14.
