Varleys will open at 15 Station Road tomorrow (January 10).
The business will be the first of its kind in the town as a modern Irish deli, selling coffees, lunch and Irish provisions.
The new business venture was first teased on social media in September, with regular updates being shared on Instagram.
It has caught the attention of the community, with more then 1,200 people following the Varleys Instagram account.
Customers will be welcomed through its doors for the first time at 7.45am, with breakfast being served from 8.30am.
Along with Irish snacks and provisions, there will also be a personalised salad bar and lunches on sale from 10.45am, with freshly baked soda bread and scones available for eating-in or to enjoy at home.
