How to vote for BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2025
It’s all to play for ahead of Thursday night’s ceremony, which starts at 7pm GMT and will be broadcast on BBC One.
Voting begins during the ceremony, with votes cast online with a BBC account, via telephone or by scanning a QR code which will be displayed on the screen during the show.
If voting by phone, there will be a different phone number for each nominee.

TV channel: BBC One will broadcast the ceremony live and free-to-air in the UK. Coverage starts at 7pm GMT, with the winner expected to be announced before 9pm.
Live stream: The BBC Sport website and BBC iPlayer will also air SPOTY online for free.
