On Friday, November 28, Wall was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.
Magistrates decided only a prison sentence could be justified due to his record of previous offending.
Meade, 46, also of Abbey Road in Barking, pleaded guilty to one count of theft and was sentenced to eight weeks in prison earlier in November.
