Aislinn Murphy and Alex Glover founded Lux Homes in 2016 and on Monday (November 10) launched the company’s third offices.
The newest site is in Balgores Lane and follows a first venue in High Street, Hornchurch and a second in Ongar Road, Brentwood.

“We started this business from a one bedroom flat so to be able to have a third location is just unbelievable,” Aislinn told the Recorder.
“This is a big step for us – a lot of hard work, blood, sweat and tears have gone into the business.
“It’s something we’re both so passionate about and it means the world to us to have a third office.”

She said she “loved the Havering community” and enjoyed “the old school vibe”.
Alex added: “It’s a proud moment for us – I have lived in Hornchurch all my life so to be helping people in the area is a big thing for me.
“It’s an exciting time for us.”

The Balgores Lane office has been open from the end of October but an official launch day was held on Monday.
The office utilises a modern white and grey colour scheme.
“It’s got a very luxurious feel and lots of people have commented on its aesthetic – it’s very modern but also a bit classic and chic,” said Aislinn.
“We need to say a big thank you to our team because without teamwork we wouldn’t have been able to bring the vision to life.”

Lux Homes is a full service estate agency covering sales, letting and property management.
Aislinn and Alex also operate some VIP property services where they work with high profile individuals such as celebrities and footballers.
“We’re mainly focussed on customer service and we believe that every home is luxury – no matter the price, shape or size of the property we aim to deliver that luxury service and professional service,” Aislinn said.
“A big thing for us is to change the reputation of how estate agents are viewed.
“We want to show that not all agents are bad and we want to help and not do anything sneaky or conniving.”
