Professor Catherine Loveday, a neuropsychologist, will discuss the science of happiness today (Wednesday, November 12), as well as insights on food and memory.
The talk will be held at the Ann Owens Centre from 6.45pm to 8pm.
Microsoft experts will host workshops on AI and online safety on November 17 and November 24.
These free workshops will take place at Colindale Library, Chipping Barnet Library, and the Ann Owens Centre.
Residents over 55 are invited to the RAF Museum on November 6 and 20, and December 4, for sessions exploring collections, early flying talks, and a plane tales tour.
A festive disco for over-55s is set for Tuesday, December 2, at the Ann Owens Centre, featuring hits from across the decades.
Entry is by a suggested donation of £3.
Living Well in Barnet, an event focusing on memory, dementia prevention, and living well with dementia, will be held on December 4, from 10am to 12pm, at The John Keble Church.
