The incident happened in Martin Way near Links Avenue at around 5.39am today (November 12).
Paramedics arrived at the scene and treated one man at the scene before rushing him to hospital.
His condition is unknown.
Road closures were put in place both ways from Links Avenue to Mostyn Road, with a detour in operation for multiple bus routes.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 5.39am today (12 November) to reports of a road traffic collision in Martin Way, Morden.
“We sent an ambulance crew and two paramedics in fast response cars to the scene.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
