The 54,000 sq ft facility, situated on the historic Old Brewer’s Yard at The Yards in Covent Garden, will begin welcoming visitors on December 11.
The site will include a microbrewing facility producing limited edition brews under the guidance of master brewer, Hollie Stephenson.
Visitors can look forward to sampling a variety of rotating craft brews and seasonal specials, with some available on a permanent basis.

The brewery will also offer a tour experience, featuring a 360-degree immersive journey into Guinness’s heritage within Covent Garden.
Guests will have exclusive access to the brewery, tasting sessions curated by the master brewer, and the chance to pour their own pint in the exclusive 232 Bar.
Food lovers will have a choice of two restaurants in the Shelton Street building, both led by chef Pip Lacey.
Gilroy’s Loft, a rooftop location with skyline views of London, will serve a menu celebrating the best of Britain’s coast.
The Porter’s Table will offer a sharing menu crafted for connection, using locally sourced ingredients to spotlight the best of British produce.
At Gilroy’s Loft, visitors will have the opportunity to sample the perfect pairing of Guinness and oysters, a speciality since 1837.
For more casual dining, Old Brewer’s Yard will offer an open space for socialising, with pints and handmade pies by chef Calum Franklin.
The courtyard space, designed with community in mind, will host events and pop-ups spanning arts, music, and special cultural occasions.
The brewery will also feature two retail spaces offering Guinness merchandise.
Guinness Good Things, located on Covent Garden’s Neal Street, will offer an ever-changing selection of exclusive collaborations in fashion, art, and lifestyle.
The Store, accessed via the brewery building, will stock best-selling Guinness merchandise, apparel, and fan favourites.

The Guinness Vaults on Langley Street will serve as a multifunctional private-hire event space, hosting community and consumer events in 2026.

The first release of tour tickets and restaurant reservations will be available from November 2025, offering beer lovers, foodies, locals, and tourists the chance to be among the first to experience the new Guinness Open Gate Brewery London.
