Bexley’s most expensive and cheapest streets in DA5

The most expensive street in Bexley in 2025 saw property prices approach the £4 million mark.

This was on Binsey Walk, where a property was purchased for £3,900,000.

This was followed by Wansunt Road, where a home sold for £1,530,000 and Parkill Road where a property changed hands for £1,380,000.
