It is the third of the matches scheduled for the latest edition of the London Games, with the Minnesota Vikings recording a dramatic late 21-17 win over the Cleveland Browns in the first game.
Now, attention turns to Wembley, where UK regulars the Jaguars close out proceedings against the Rams in week seven.
The Jaguars have started their campaign strongly, with four from their six games.
They beat Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs 31-28 a fortnight ago, with quarterback Trevor Lawrence notching two second-half touchdowns.
They were beaten 20-12 by the Seattle Seahawks in their most recent outing, however, and will be out to make amends across the pond.
The Rams are also 4-2 from their opening six games, and they thrashed the Baltimore Ravens 17-3 in their last match.
Star man Puka Nacua, the wide receiver, was forced off with an ankle sprain and he will be sidelined for the next few weeks as a result.
Rams vs Jaguars start time
The game is scheduled for a 2:30pm BST start time at Wembley Stadium on Sunday October 19, 2025.
That is 9:30am in New York and 7:30am in Denver, Colorado.
