Trinity Homecare Group announced that its Worcester Park branch earned the top rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after a recent inspection.
The service was recognised as ‘Outstanding’ in four out of five key areas: Well-led, Caring, Effective, and Responsive.
This achievement places the branch among a tiny handful of homecare providers across the nation to have received this level of commendation.
The branch, which provides visiting care to individuals and families, was acknowledged by inspectors for being “exceptionally personalised and kind.”
The staff were praised for their dedication in going above and beyond to support people in their daily lives.

Highlights from the inspection report included the branch’s efforts in helping clients maintain their independence with tailored, flexible support.
They were recognised for supporting people to enjoy small yet meaningful moments like feeding ducks, gardening, and celebrating birthdays.
The team was also commended for early spotting of health needs, collaborating with families and local professionals to ensure appropriate support is in place.
They have embraced new technology and creative initiatives like ‘Stories for Life’ which help individuals capture their personal history and strengthen family connections.
