The 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup is finally here.
The tournament is set to be a festival of rugby, with close to 400,000 fans expected to attend the 32-match tournament, which will be staged at grounds across England, from Sunderland to Exeter.
The final at Twickenham Stadium is long since sold out, too, with some 82,000 supporters hoping to catch a glimpse of the Red Rose making history.
That attendance figure should shatter the existing record for a women’s rugby match, which stands at 58,498 after England beat France at Twickenham in 2023.
They will hope to be spurred on by the home support as they look to break their duck.
