The planning application was received on June 16.
In a planning document submitted by agent Box Plans on behalf of applicant Prashat Patel, it said: “The property complies with relevant HMO layout standards, including shared amenity spaces and bathroom provisions.
“The plans show that the HMO is finished to a high standard and provides quality residential accommodation.
“Seven bedrooms are to be proposed.”
The planning document also noted that the conduct of tenants “will be monitored throughout the property, including communal areas” and tenants must be reminded to avoid excessive noise, particularly between 11pm and 8am.
The landlord is responsible for taking steps to prevent and address anti-social behaviour including responding to any complaints made directly by Havering Council.
Montrose Guest House and Box Plans have both been contacted for comment.
A decision is expected to be made by Havering Council by August 11.
