The next stop on the road to WrestleMania sees the WWE Elimination Chamber head to Canada.
The Rogers Centre in Toronto hosts the latest edition of the Elimination Chamber event and marks the second WWE Premium Live Event (PLE) to be streamed on Netflix after the Royal Rumble in February.
Debuting in 2002 as a match concept, the Elimination Chamber became a PLE in its own right back in 2010 and has provided many unforgettable moments.
This year’s event will once again feature two Elimination Chamber matches for the men and the women. The stakes couldn’t be higher as the winners of the chamber matches will receive a Championship match opportunity at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
The match begins with two Superstars in the centre of the cage, while the remaining four are locked inside glass pods.
At random intervals, a pod opens, releasing another Superstar into the fray. This process repeats until all competitors are released into the match. A Superstar is eliminated by pinfall or by submission, with the last remaining competitor emerging victorious.
On the men’s side, John Cena marks his last ever Elimination Chamber appearance as an active WWE superstar and knows this is his last chance to earn a Championship opportunity at WrestleMania. Standing in his way are long-term rival CM Punk, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, Seth “Freakin” Rollins and Damian Priest.
For the women, Bayley, Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, Roxanne Perez, Naomi and a freshly returning Alexa Bliss will compete for the opportunity to headline WrestleMania in a championship match against the winner of the Rhea Ripley vs Iyo Sky showdown which takes place on WWE Raw after the Elimination Chamber.

Meanwhile, there are two intriguing matches on the undercard as Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will do battle in front of a home crowd in an Unsanctioned Match, whilst Toronto’s very own Trish Stratus teams up with WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.
In addition, The Rock is confirmed to make a special appearance to get an answer from Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes over a very special request.
