The car and 122 bus collided on Rennell Street, part of the A20 near Lewisham train station, around 2.10pm yesterday (February 26).
The police were called and officers attended, with one person attending hospital “as a precaution”.
Pictures from the scene show the bus with a cracked windscreen at an angle in the road.
The incident led to heavy traffic on the A20 and A21, with the AA reporting a “multi-vehicle crash”.
